1. On the float trips, you may get knocked over by the beautiful scenery, but you will not get knocked out of the raft. About ever second white water trip, someone falls out but is usually hauled back on the raft within micro seconds. On Kayak trips, you are pretty much guaranteed to fall overboard, but its very easy to get back on as they are inflatables.

2. No experience required. We provide full training before your journey so you can have just as much fun as experienced rafters.

4. You need to bring a swimsuit to wear under a MHRA wetsuit, warm socks for inside your wetsuit boots, a sweater, any medication you may use (i.e inhaler, insulin etc), dry clothes for after your journey and the balance of your payment to MHRA.

5. We provide all the fixins for a fun, warm and safe day on the river including wet suit, life jacket, spray jacket, wetsuit boots, helmet , paddle, rafts/kayaks, pre trip instruction and a qualified guide.

7. There is no chance of losing your glasses on the float trips, but on white water trips, we recomend glasses straps which hang around your neck. For contact users, clients have had little problems losing or misplacing them.

8. The water can be cold at times, but you will not really notice during your time on the river as MHRA provides industry standard wetsuits which keep you nice and cozy in just about any conditions.

10. a) There is no minimum age for the scenic float. b) 23 kg or 50 pounds is the smallest size for white water rafting. Most eight year old children wiegh at least this much. c) Twelve years is the yougest we can take on the inflatable kayaking.

11. Lunch on the river is a gorgeous buffet of fresh fruit, fresh baked breads, cheese of all kinds, luncheon meats and various salads. Grab a plate and build yourself the ultimate sandwich with salads, fresh juice and polish it all off with some delicious fresh fruit. Please let us know in advance if you require something special based on your dietary concerns.

12. We have wetsuits up to 4 XL and they are very streachy. The limmiting factor is the lifejacket which can expand to a 52 inch chest or waist. On the Raging Elk Canyon there is a 10 minute hike to get to the river which involved walking down about 300 steps.
