Jared has been a part of Mountain High River Adventures for 3 years and has been the owner of the company for the last 2 seasons. He has 4 years of river guiding experience and hails from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and will be the first one to admit it. He has guided on many rivers across the western part of the country including the Elk, Bull, Fraser, Sunwapta, and Athabasca rivers. Jared learned how to raft and outdoor guide at the College of the Rockies in Fernie, BC where he successfully completed the Mountain Activities Skills Training program (or MAST).
In the winter months Jared works as a snowmobile guide for Prestige Tours.
